For the Anavar:

  • Week 1: 3 Anavar 10mg = 30mg per day (Monday to Wednesday); 4 Anavar 10mg = 40mg per day (From Thursday to Sunday).
  • Week 2 to 6: 5 Anavar 10mg = 50mg per day.

For protection:

Take 4 Samarin per day. (Not included in the pack)
