How to pay for your order by bank transfer to our international account

In order to pay for your order, we offer you the opportunity to pay by bank transfer to an international bank account.

We receive your payment in 2 to 6 days.

Please follow the instructions below to confirm your order by wire transfer by using your bank's online account, mobile app or by going to your bank to request a wire transfer.

Option A - Internet bank transfer

Each bank is a little different but here are the steps to follow:

  1. Please log into your online bank account and select “TRANSFERS”
  2. Go to “SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE”
  3. And use our payment information given on the payment page after placing your order.

Important: never specify the name of the site or the nature of your order.

Our bank transfer fees are + 10% of the total amount of the order. Additional charges for international bank transfer (depending on your bank) are ALSO at your expense.

IMPORTANT: After your payment, please send us the confirmation form below. Please also send the PROOF OF PAYMENT document (.PDF / screenshots, with the transaction references).

Option B - Bank transfer from your local bank office

If you cannot make a transfer from the Internet, the right solution is to go to a branch and go to the counter to request a bank transfer.

You need to have:

  • An ID,
  • Your account number,
  • Payment information given on the order confirmation page.

Important: never specify the name of the site or the nature of your order.

Our bank transfer fees are + 10% of the total amount of the order. Additional charges for international bank transfer (depending on your bank) are ALSO at your expense.
