Developing the basics of his bodybuilding, Ronnie Coleman already has remarkable musculature at the age of 19. He then made the choice to turn to powerlifting. Representing a strength sport, Ronnie Coleman learns with powerlifting to lift much heavier bars than those used in weightlifting, from fairly basic movements such as deadlifts, bench presses and squats.
