T4 is a synthetic thyroid hormone (Type T-4). This product is usually available in a box of 100 tablets at 100 mcgs each. It is available in a variety of dosages but ranging from 5 to 100 mcgs per tablet. The Hilmal brand offers here a dose of 100mcg / comp for 50 tablets.

When taken with Clenbuterol, it is the best unique fat burner combination that is available today (with the possible exception of DNP). It also helps to make steroids more effective as it is such a good aid for protein synthesis. Most people should be careful and should start with a low dosage, about 50 mcgs per day and increase by about 50 mcgs per day every 5-6 days. Make sure you don't go over 100-200 mcgs per day at most. On days when you take multiple tablets, distribute the tablets evenly throughout the day (ie 200 mcgs. Would be 2 doses of 100 mcgs. Each spread evenly throughout the day.) You should also make sure that you decrease dose during the cycle to let the thyroid function properly. Do not exceed 5 weeks. After finishing a cycle of this medication, be sure to take a break for at least 8 weeks before doing it again to allow normal thyroid function to return.
