  1. I love street workout, I have always been a staunch defender of bodybuilding. It's amazing the results you can get with so little hardware. Working out in the great outdoors is also better than being locked up at home or in a weight room.
    For me, the only problem with calisthenics is that you stagnate quickly. But if you really want to progress in this sport, you have to think about increasing the difficulty (inclination variation, spacing variation, reduction of rest time, addition of ballast and weight)
